Some people actually use their blogging powers for good, like supporting Tom Potter in his run for Portland Mayor. It is pretty amazing that he managed to beat Francesconi in the primary with a fraction of the funds. (As I told my husband last night, I actually kind of felt sorry for Francesconi.)
No news yet on my own election! I hope everyone voted for me for precinct committee woman, esp. since I was the only one running in my precinct and you can have up to 7 in "office."
did you put your "mary's great ideas" photos on your campaign literature? i bet you'd get lots of votes that way.
