Josh's Great Ideas: Sandwich Makers and Licenses
1. a peanut butter and jelly sandwich machine: you would just put bread in, press a button, and out would come a perfectly manufactured pb&j.
2. mandatory licensing for males ages 12 to 70 for the right to play a guitar in public. to get a license, men would have to pass exams on things like musicianship, recognition of one’s own ability level, consideration for others, etc. licensing would not be necessary for women.

I like the licensing idea, although maybe it shouldn't just be in public (on the street and so on) but in private, too -- at parties and in girlfriend's bedrooms, etc.
I personally have never liked pb&j sandwiches. I think it was the pb&h(oney) sandwiches I used to have as a kid. The honey would get all crystalized and gross. I kind of like fluffernutter sandwiches, though. They are selling pre-made pb&j sandwiches. Smuckers calls them uncrustables. Both the brand name "Smuckers" and the product name "uncrustables" sound pretty unappealing to me. I guess having the machine at home could cut out the middle man. And the unappealing brand names.

i don't like peanut butter.
not only should licenses be required to play a guitar, but the ones for playing an acoustic guitar should be really, really difficult to get. and you should have to pay a lot of extra money, or maybe even get a separate license, if you want to sing.
